DESCRIPTION:Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to contribute to multiple areas of medicine\, from diagnosis to treatment and patient care. Examples of applications of AI in medicine are diverse: support in interpreting medical images\, analysing large amounts of data to personalise a patient’s treatment plan\, synthesising data from patients’ electronic records\, virtual assistants that can help patients manage their treatment plan\, answer questions and make doctor’s appointments\, monitoring patients’ health remotely\, predictive analytics to identify at-risk patients\, and more. \n\n
